Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a positive guest experience with every order.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. This role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do
