Job summary

Dunkin seeks an energetic Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced team and drive excellent guest experiences. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, training, scheduling, and performance reviews while ensuring top service standards and store cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in food service, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Step in as the manager‑on‑duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly
