Shift Managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibilities for directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. They ensure compliance with company standards across all areas, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, inventory management, and financial accountability.
