The Shift Leader is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the store in partnership with the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager. The Shift Leader ensures the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, directives, and guest connections during the shift.
Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for 4-8 hours, with or without accommodations.
