We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set team morale, provide feedback, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire it before leadership training
• Valid driver’s license (location-dependent)
