Job summary

Smoothie King in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader who acts as a brand ambassador and helps guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie and product selections. The leader provides guidance to team members when the General Manager is absent and demonstrates a passion for the brand and willingness to take on new challenges.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and a hands-on approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback.

• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.

• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
