Position: Shift Leader

The Shift Leader supports management in daily operations, including:

1. Coaching staff for excellent customer service
2. Preparing high-quality food
3. Delivering the Jersey Mike's experience
4. Cash handling
5. Following training programs
6. Developing team members
7. Enforcing policies
8. Participating in marketing initiatives
9. Building sales
10. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
11. Being certified in all restaurant positions
12. Effective communication
13. Showing urgency in tasks

Expectations and Requirements

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs; accommodations available for disabilities
• Work 38-40 hours weekly
• Reliable transportation
• Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance
• Create food to Jersey Mike's standards
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

• Perform opening and closing tasks

Qualifications
