Shift leaders partner closely with the General Manager to achieve restaurant operational goals, including annual sales and profit plans. They perform duties similar to crew members but in a leadership capacity, assisting with tasks typically handled by the General and Assistant Managers, excluding hiring and termination of crew members.
The physical requirements include sitting, talking, hearing, handling or feeling objects, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
