Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality, and correct food temperatures for every order and guest.
• Set an example by adhering to all company standards and policies, including the Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform and Appearance policies.
• Develop crew members’ skills and knowledge to enable their advancement.
• Act as a leader within Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere by engaging with customers in the dining area.
• Assist in controlling operating costs and managing cash procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Foster a sense of belonging among employees.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed, including Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and can pass a criminal background check
• Has reliable transportation for errands, banking, etc., with regular local travel
• Can operate computer systems, including email and document management
• Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Is able to bend, reach, twist, turn, grasp, push, pull, and walk as needed
