A Day in the Life of a District Shift Leader

You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market. Shifts start as early as 3am, and you'll lead by example, coaching teams, and ensuring high-quality food and safety standards. Training includes inventory, vendor relations, cash management, and leadership skills like P&L analysis and recruiting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
