Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality, and proper temperatures for every order and guest.
• Lead by example, adhering to all company standards and policies, including the Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform and Appearance policies.
• Develop crew members' skills and knowledge for their growth and increased responsibility.
• Act as a leader within Biscuitville and the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere by engaging with customers in the dining room.
• Assist in controlling operating costs and managing cash.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Foster a sense of belonging among employees.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed, including Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, and Cook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation for errands and deposits; regular local travel required
• Ability to operate computer systems, including email and document creation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical ability to bend, reach, twist, turn, grasp, push, pull, and walk
