A leading restaurant company is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of management. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, training team members, and maintaining operational standards. Candidates should possess supervisory experience and strong problem-solving skills, contributing to a positive work environment.
We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's and Assistant Manager's absence. This includes but is not limited to ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as required or assigned.
