Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are currently hiring Delivery Drivers for our new downtown Raleigh location on Fayetteville Street. As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting business flow, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Your leadership will contribute to a productive and fun environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
