What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you love making mornings special, we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Pass background check as per local, state, and federal laws
• Possess or be able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license (preferred but location-specific) and meet driving qualifications
