Position Overview
A Shift Leader is an entry-level supervisory position responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations. The Shift Leader promotes the Wingstop culture and is a team player passionate about hard work, fun, and the brand's success. This role offers an entry-level leadership opportunity with training provided, paving the way for upward mobility to a General Manager.
Qualifications / Education / Experience
- 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Food Handler Certification required upon hiring.
- 6 months experience using a POS system.
- Ability to meet restaurant standards including quality food, cash handling, and safety protocols.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
