We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are essential to our success. They work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure a great guest experience, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision and have opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.

As a Shift Leader, you'll lead the team, set the tone, provide coaching, and ensure quality service. You'll have the chance to grow your career while helping make our customers' mornings special.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
