We're looking for an evening shift supervisor.
Tasks include:
Inventory & Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards, supervise nightly restocking, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and recovered before closing.
Store Closing & Security: Execute end-of-day closing procedures, secure all entry points, and prepare the store for the morning opening crew.
Supervising staff: Guide evening teams, ensure daily tasks are completed, monitor performance, and ensure company policies are being followed.
Monitoring workflow: Track production, logistics, or service targets to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
Maintaining safety: Ensure health, environmental, and workplace safety regulations are being followed throughout the shift.
Reporting and handover: Communicate key operational updates to daytime management
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints, resolve staff conflicts, and make independent operational decisions in the absence of upper management.
Administrative Duties: Complete end-of-day reports, count cash drawers or manage deposits, and track inventory levels.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift moderate loads (10 to 25 pounds)
Flexible scheduling: Shift can start anywhere from 2 pm to 4 pm
Off by 9 or 10 pm
Rotating Saturdays
