Job Responsibilities
  • Support management in daily operations
  • Coach staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure high-quality food production
  • Handle cash and follow training programs
  • Develop team members for growth
  • Enforce store policies and procedures
  • Participate in marketing initiatives
  • Build sales and maintain cleanliness
  • Obtain certification in all restaurant positions
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance
  • Manage and lead a team of 2-5 people
  • Perform opening and closing tasks
  • Know how to bake bread and perform prep work
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1 year QSR experience
  • Must be 18+ to operate slicer
  • Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
  • Reliable transportation
Physical and Work Requirements
  • Move or transport up to 50 lbs
  • Work 38-40 hours per week
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
  • Be accountable and demonstrate integrity
  • Perform opening and closing duties
