A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in running the assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Leading and managing shifts effectively.
2. Delivering top-quality food.
3. Providing excellent customer service the Jersey Mikes way.
4. Motivating team members through effective communication.
5. Modeling a sense of urgency.
6. Adhering to Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.

The role requires:

1. Working 30+ hours per week.
