A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Leading and managing shifts effectively.
2. Delivering top-quality food.
3. Providing excellent customer service the Jersey Mikes way.
4. Motivating team members through effective communication.
5. Modeling a sense of urgency.
6. Following Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.

The role requires:

• Working 30+ hours per week.
• Punctuality and reliable transportation.
• Open communication with the AGM and GM.
• Leading by example and upholding standards.
