Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and deliver strong guest experiences. You’ll lead shifts, coach teammates, and ensure food quality and cleanliness while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years, US work eligibility, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll manage scheduling, training, and inventory with a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.

• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
