Staab Management's Pizza Hut franchise in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure food quality while maintaining a clean and safe dining area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.

• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
