A franchisee of Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have prior quick-service restaurant management experience and a dedication to excellent customer service. Candidates with QSR management experience will be preferred.
You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running effective work shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed, and are willing to assist and guide others. Key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members complete all duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You will also ensure that the restaurant is a safe environment for both Team Members and customers.
