Job description

As a Shift Leader at our Bleecker St. store located at 283 Bleecker St. New York, NY 10014, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Taking pride in your role as a leader will ensure a productive and fun environment for your store.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests
  • Support store operations during your shift, including communicating information, monitoring efficiency, and coaching team members
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
  • Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired skills and experience:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication, time management, and people skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
