Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

At Superbueno, we seek a Shift Leader with presence, patience, and emotional maturity to support our team and uphold our space's energy. This role works closely with management to oversee daily bar operations and ensure guest-centered service. The Shift Leader reports to the General Manager and bridges the floor team and leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the team during opening, ensuring completion of the daily setup checklist
• Monitor clock-in times and report discrepancies
• Maintain ambiance: lights, music, temperature, energy
• Ensure proper use of POS system and guest checks
• Be active on the floor—interact with guests, check in, offer support
• Assist with bank setups and change
• Guide service flow with care and clarity
• Provide leadership at the door when needed
• Close the night following the checklist
• Complete an End of Day (EOD) report
• Remain calm and supportive for both team and guests during service
