Job description

As a Shift Leader at our New Brunswick, NJ store located at 176 Easton Ave New Brunswick, NJ 08901, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You take pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift by maintaining communication, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired skills and experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
