Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and lead the whole crew during the shift, including managing product quality and customer relations.
• Oversee driver dispatch, inventory control, store profitability, and shift operations.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to company standards.
