Job summary

Requirements include 2-3+ years in a leadership role, ServSafe certification (or within 30 days), and proficiency with POS systems. Sundays off and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive $45,000 yearly salary.

Job description

We are seeking highly motivated people to lead and manage areas of our business. You must be unstoppably focused on putting guests first, maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high food safety standards, contributing to our culture, and executing all you do with operational excellence. As a leader at Chick-fil-A, you must be able to grow and develop a team, lead by example with high energy, and create an environment of accountability. We require 2-3 years of prior leadership experience in a relative area and the ability to work a variety of shifts each week in both our Front and Back of House restaurant areas. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Salary is $45,000 yearly plus comprehensive benefit packages, as well as Sundays off.
