We are looking for a Shift Leader!

A day in the life of a Shift Leader:

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. Empowered to set team morale and tone, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure food quality and a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special and growing your career, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain before leadership training completion)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred, required at some locations) and driving qualifications
