Job summary

Harri in Mason, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced build-your-own pizza operation and keep service lively, friendly, and efficient.

You’ll lead a shift, take orders, fire pizzas, handle a POS and cash, coach team members, and maintain a clean line while delivering GREAT guest experiences.

Compensation tops at $18.00 per hour including tips, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more Team Members

We are currently seeking Shift Leaders who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions while leading your shift to success.

As a Shift Leader, not only do we want you to show your own individuality, but you’ll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fired in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes.

Shift Leaders work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:
