Responsibilities include executing routine service standards, supervising shift tasks, ensuring food safety and order accuracy, and providing constructive feedback to improve team performance. This role offers growth and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Execute KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' shift tasks and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with cash control, security procedures, inventory and labor management.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
