Chick-fil-A, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Shift Leader to uphold our core values and serve guests with a servant’s heart. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, ensure food safety, and maintain hospitality and consistency across all recipes and systems.

The role emphasizes strong character, effective communication, and the ability to train and coach team members in a fast-paced environment. Open/close shifts and uphold cleanliness and standards daily.
