Job summary

Dunkin Donuts Franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during each shift, ensuring operations meet Brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, celebrate successes, and provide timely feedback to drive performance and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Preference for candidates with prior quick-service supervisory experience in Illinois and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
