Job summary

The Dunkin Donuts franchisee is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during each shift, ensuring operational Brand standards are met and guests receive a fast, friendly experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and model excellent customer service.

You will provide timely feedback, celebrate team successes, escalate issues when needed, and help drive store performance through effective communication, speed, accuracy, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced food-service environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain brand standards.
