Role:

Shift Leader

Pay:

$14 - $16 per hour (excluding tips + weekly bonus potential)

Responsibilities:

• Performing all roles within the restaurant, from cashier to grill and prep
• Overseeing shifts, including opening and closing
• Maintaining food standards, managing employee breaks, completing shift reports
• Ensuring equipment and facility maintenance
• Motivating, coaching, and training team members
• Ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction
• Training for future management roles

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
• Experience in the restaurant industry
• Open availability 11am-10pm, including weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math, computer, and internet skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
