Position: Shift Leader

Location: South Loop store at 30 E Balbo Drive, Chicago IL 60605

As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand how to predict business flow and take pride in leading a team that ensures a successful and fun night. Your hands-on leadership includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, while leading the Cookie Crew
• Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Leadership by example and motivational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
