Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Understand all restaurant operation policies and procedures, including responsibilities of Front Crew and Kitchen Crew.
- Perform FOH and BOH responsibilities.
- Practice safety procedures and comply with health and food safety codes.
- Interview, hire, train, manage, and supervise employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws regarding hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling.
- Schedule meal and rest periods in accordance with legal requirements.
- Handle and resolve employee and customer complaints.
- Follow cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
- Promote marketing promotions and new products.
- Operate POS system, handle payments, and serve food.
- Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Ensure smooth and effective restaurant operations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Maintain punctuality and attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant industry experience.
- Food Handler Card as required by local health department.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math, excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and basic computer skills.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
Working Conditions
- Hot and noisy kitchen environment.
- Extremely cold walk-in refrigerated area.
- Work around kitchen equipment and tools.
Physical Demands
- Long periods of standing, walking, talking, hearing.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent hand washing and use of cleaning solutions.

- Reaching high shelves with a stepladder.
- Squatting, kneeling, and bending to reach objects.
