Job summary

The Root Restaurant & Bar in Huntersville, NC is seeking a team‑oriented individual to handle opening and closing duties and ensure smooth daily operations. The role focuses on delivering great guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

You will resolve customer complaints promptly, oversee staff performance and labor management, and assist with training and mentoring new employees to help the team grow together.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hardworking and ethical.
• Problem solving skills are a must!
• Pizza experience is a plus (but not required)
