The Root Restaurant & Bar is seeking a proactive supervisor to help run daily operations in St. Johns, MI. The role involves opening and closing duties, resolving customer complaints quickly and professionally, and overseeing all staff while managing labor costs.

You will participate in training and mentoring new employees and contribute to a friendly, efficient dining experience. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate reliability and problem-solving skills.

• Polite, reliable, patient, hardworking and ethical.
• Problem solving skills are a must!
• Pizza experience is a plus (but not required).
