Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader in Houma, LA to manage shift operations, support the RGM, and drive guest satisfaction through attentive service and efficient execution.

You will lead a team across stations, ensure brand standards, and support profitability and smooth daily operations during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Houma, LAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
