Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a Shift Leader in Chalmette, LA to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and efficient operations on a targeted shift. You will support the RGM and AM, lead a team of crew members, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of quick-service experience, is 18+, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will coach staff, manage cash control, inventory, and shift planning to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures (e.g., safe counting, cash drawers).
• Maintains inventory by performing daily and weekly inspections; receives inventory truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
• Directs operations during shifts and ensures speed-of-service guidelines are met.
• Mentors Team Members at each workstation and upholds brand standards.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
