Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in New Iberia, LA is seeking a Shift Leader to drive sales, guest experience, and operational excellence across assigned shifts.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, coach Team Members, manage shift plans, oversee inventory, cash procedures, and ensure brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of Team Members to achieve profitability, guest service, and brand standards.
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Motivate Team Members during shifts and provide coaching to raise performance.
• Perform cash control and daily/weekly inventory procedures.
• Ensure restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Performs Team Member duties when necessary.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: New Iberia, LAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
