Newk's Eatery in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide hourly partners and uphold exceptional guest experiences and product quality. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation, model respectful teamwork, and contribute to cost control while supporting the store’s growth and training initiatives.

This role emphasizes leadership, dependable decision-making, and a commitment to empowering staff.
