Job summary

Join a Dunkin’ franchisee in Holmdel Township, NJ as a Shift Leader, earning $17.25-$18.25 per hour. You will lead the team, deliver great guest service, and help manage operations during busy shifts.

You’ll train crew members, handle cash and inventory, ensure food safety and store standards, and step in for the manager when needed. This role offers growth, a positive team environment, and opportunities within a thriving Dunkin’ network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus).
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
