Job summary

Dunkin’ franchisee in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Leader to drive guest service and lead a fast-paced team. You’ll support daily operations, coach crew, and uphold all standards while staying flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)

• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards

Compensation Range: $17.25 - 18.25 per hour
