Job summary

Lufrankton Management, a Dunkin’ franchise group, is seeking a Shift Leader in Pennsylvania. Earn $14.00 - $16.00 per hour plus tips. You will lead by example, train crew, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy store.

Bring leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Flexible hours include mornings, weekends and holidays. You’ll help prep, manage inventory, handle cash, and uphold safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
