Job summary

Lufrankton Management, an established Dunkin franchise group, is seeking a Shift Leader to run shift operations and lead the crew. You will manage guest service, prep food, handle inventory and cash, and model excellent customer interactions on a fast-paced shift.

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Keep operations running smoothly – prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash.
• Train and coach crew members to be their best.
• Uphold Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards to keep the store safe and welcoming.
• Step in for the manager when needed and help make key decisions.

$14.00 - 16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
