Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll drive daily operations, ensure world-class service, and train team members to deliver great pizza and experiences.

You will be expected to manage shifts, uphold food safety, and motivate staff while embracing our culture. This role offers growth opportunities into General Manager roles and beyond, with benefits and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team during shifts to deliver world-class service.
• Coordinate tasks, training, and performance of team members.

Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
