Job summary

Papa John’s in Statesville, NC is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team toward world-class service. You will manage daily operations, ensure guests receive a great experience, and help your crew perform at their best.

You will train teammates, schedule shifts, handle customer concerns, and maintain quality standards, including prompt pizza preparation and delivery. This fast-paced role offers growth opportunities in leadership.

Critical Ingredients

You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem-solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
