Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader in Indianapolis to lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment. You will drive a world-class service experience and mentor team members during busy shifts.

Ideal candidates will be at least 18 with a GED or high school diploma, basic math and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends while handling physical tasks like lifting up to 25 pounds. This role is a great stepping stone in a pizza-family culture.
